Kenya
As of January 2024, the Government of Kenya implemented a visa-free regime and replaced the former eVisa system with the mandatory Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). All international visitors, including children, must now apply and receive an approved ETA before traveling. This electronic permit is mandatory for boarding your flight.
Key Requirement: A valid passport (min. 6 months validity, 1 blank page), a photo, flight details (in and out), and accommodation confirmations.
ETA Validity: The ETA is generally valid for a single entry and permits a stay of up to 90 days.
Pro Tip: While the official processing time is around 3 working days, we recommend applying at least two weeks before your departure date to avoid last-minute delays.
